Brief
We have updated the script and template of the 'Contact Us' block.
 
Description
1) If user is logged in and goes to the contact us page (contact_us.php) the system automatically hides the name and email address fields but the information from user account is not passed as well making name / email inside of the message blank.
2) The tag {email} was not working in From field.
 
Solution
Download the updated version of the file:

Further, extract the 'block_contact_us.php' into the 'blocks' folder and 'block_contact_us.html' into 'templates/user' folder of your shop replacing existing files. Please do not forget to make a backup copy of the current files in case something goes wrong.

It still doesn´t work, even though I have used this patch?

The patch does work, we can confirm. But we added one more change to this patch:

Now is supports the use of {email} tag in From field as well.
