Is it absolutely necessary for a customer to register to complete an order? I would like for my customers Not register.

Details can be installed in the Administrative part

You can configure Viart to not require registration. This is not to be confused with entering personal details for the order, this is not registering where an account with login and password is created.
 
If enabled (see Products Settings), on final checkout you will see the option to buy without opening an account.
