Is there a way to control the display order of items that have been flagged as "Special Offers"?

I set them up as a category - ie clearance corner - then assign them to that category as well as main - then I can apply change product order.

eyestrain - presumably you then add the category link to a custom block?
 
Is there an easy way also to change the image to 'tiny'?
