I notice that every one of the static messages are readonly and I find no way to modify them. Why?
 
I look at some of the verbiage and it does not sound like "us" providing the answers. Is there a methed to modify them?

Please use your FTP Client to change the permissions on all files within '/messages/en/' folder to be writeable (777 or xrwxrwxrw).
