I would like to have a multilingual site, So I would like to use UTF-8 as encoding,
 
since Viart requires to use language tags, you need to enter multiple languages in one field so UTF8 support is required.
 
is this possible with Viart? (I know this can cause problems in Database/search/PDF etc)
 
What is your comments on this ?

I just copied the unziped the zip file (messages_utf8.zip) in the messages folder, is this all I should do?
 
(I think I should also do some changes to the database connection)

I think the messages.utf8.zip file has some missing lines.
