I do not charge tax on international orders from outside the UK. I do not want to show including Vat prices for Non Uk shoppers but still want this for UK customers. I tried just taking the inc Tax option out for everyone on the Products listing page however - is there a way to show (inc vat) in the detail page or a way when a different currency is chosen the (inc tax) is not shown. Cheers Colin

Aren't you supposed to collect the vat number from your non uk (but inside EU) customer in order not to have to charge vat?
for outside EU the option to claim back vat has to be taken by your customer, so your prices inc. vat would apply.
I am not sure about this but the way you're telling it does not sound tax rule compliant to me...

UK customers have to pay VAT what ever.
EU customers have to pay the UK VAT unless they have a valid VAT number than can be checked on the HRC website.
Export customers (outside EU) are not charged VAT but you must be able to prove the goods left the EU. When it arrives in their country it will be subject to import duties, VAT etc.

Just set up TAX rates for all EU countries & this will be added to their order at checkout when they select their country. Countries with no TAX rate set will not be charge any tax.
