When trying to login to admin after I put in credentials I get this message and can't go any farther. It's not in the 3.4.7 download so where do I get it.
 
Block 'features_groups_priv' doesn't exists.

When upgrading from pre-3.4 you will need to also adjust your templates. Compare file by file .
