Its been over 24 hours since Viart has done the work in upgrading to version 3.3.1. I have submitted 3 support tickets and still waiting on a reply.
 
1. Database list customer but omit orders.
2. Custom work previously done are gone.
3. Clicking on Call Center causes the browser to display this message "Server not found".
4. Product with 0 - zero amount after customer click continue button causes the browser to display this message "Server not found".
5. Administration section all images related to selection are missing.
 
As stated in your e-mail "Yes, you can trust our specialists". I request that you give this matter your up-most attention.

Firstly, we would like to apologize if you encountered problems after the upgrade.
 
Actually, during the upgrade the main stress is paid to saving the design layout and the modifications that were made. Unfortunately, it is sometimes difficult to find out all the changes made and thus some inconsistencies may occur. We will review your site on Monday and will do our best to solve these problems.

There are available a new settings at Administration > Products > Products Settings > Cart Columns where you can select what columns on what pages you want to show. Unfortunately by default they weren't selected and after update operation on this form all default settings were missed so you couldn't see any columns on different pages where the order form is shown.
  
For some reason your secure URL was set as 'https://www/goporta.com/' and we've changed it to correct one 'https://www.goporta.com/viart/'
  
Missed images has been uploaded.
