PLEASE HELP!!
 
I am getting this error message when I try to do a test checkout transaction.
 
"UPS. Error occured: 10002 - The XML document is well formed but the document is not valid"
 
Does anyone know how to fix this or what it is? I was using UPS before but a while ago this error message stared popping up and I don't know whats going on. Please advise

This error could occur due to some wrong settings for your shipping module. Please, read carefully the installation notes to check the parameters you have specified.
 
In case you still encounter problems, please submit a support ticket at https://www.viart.com/support with your Site URl , Admin details and FTP credentials, so that we check your problem.
