We presently use Viart's USPS and UPS realtime calculators for shipping charges and it works well in general. Our only issue lies with Media Mail.
 
We have probably 70% of our products that qualify for Media Mail, but obviously don't want to quote Media Mail for non-media mail products.
 
Has anyone figured out a way to provide a Media Mail quote by product type, or has had Viart do a customization, and if so, how much did it cost?

Just a thought... could you go to fixed rates for media mail, and set the weights for example, to 1001 lbs for a 1 lb media mail item? Of course this wouldn't work if you are showing the weights to your customers!
