Hey guys I'm trying out ViArt Free, and I want to use it for recurring billing for a subscription service. I went in and setup the system for Subscription based membership, however when I try and test it after the user fills out the registration information and submits the page, they get an error on order_info.php

and nothing loads. But if I go and sign in with the username and password it loads the the user_change_type.php page and they can go ahead and go through the checkout process for the subscription. And after I am logged in the register page works just fine.
 
Is there something special I need to setup to get subscriptions to work properly?
 
I really like viArt and will probably end up purchasing a few licenses if I can get it to work properly. So any input would be greatly appreciated.

Also, I'm using version 4.0.5 if that changes anything, and I'm also hosted on godaddy.

You can usually get help and advice on anything like this by submitting a support ticket.

please try to stop using your download manager and avoid right clicking on files. You can also check your firewall settings, because some download mirrors may require that you do not block the HTTP referers.
