Hi all,
I have just been looking for a solution for my client who is desperate the gain access to options etc whilst processing orders via the Call Centre which they use everyday, what is the status?

I'm in Viart's camp on making huge changes to a solid product: you go slowly and carefully. I've been in software development on projects a lot larger than Viart for the USAF and small changes take a long time to validate and get right especially when a system is complex with dependencies. Most of us live and die by our businesses, and in my case, I am not even brick and mortar, so literally Viart is my only interface to my customers worldwide, and it has to be solid, reliable and logical for the customer.
 
I do all the things you talk about above, but I simply use the live site and the admin site creatively to achieve it all and the customer enjoys the same benefit in the end.
