Viart Shop

In addition to the predefined design layouts, ViArt Shop offers new ready-made design schemes which you can purchase as add-ons and install in your shopping cart. Please, read the instructions below on how to install these layouts after purchasing.

To add a new ready-made design layout please do the following steps:

• 1. When your purchase is made and approved, you will receive a notification with the link for uploading. Click this link to upload the scheme in a zipped archive.


• 2. After uploading unzip the archive and locate it in the root folder of your shop via the FTP client program.


• 3. When this is done go to your Administration panel (Administration > CMS > Site Layout) and click the 'Add New Layout' link below predefined CMS Layouts and fill appropriate fields, namely:
• Layout Name - the name of your design scheme (for example, Notepad, Toys)
• Style Name - the same name as the layout name (without any extensions)
• Templates Directory - ./templates/user
• Admin Templates Directory - ../templates/admin


• When all the fields are filled, click the Add New button and this layout will be added.

Note: If you add a ready-design scheme as a new layout all your menu changes won't be saved. If you want to save your header menu just go to your active layout and change the Layout and Styles Names. You do not have to create a New Layout. In this case only a new design scheme will be added and your current header menu will be saved.
