It might be a good idea to note some important information about the order. You can also decide whether to show the info to the customer or not.

In order to add some notes to the order, click the 'Order Notes' links and then the 'Add Note' link.

Note: If the order already has at least one note, the first link will appear as 'Order Notes (number)' and will be colored with blue.

The process of creating a note is very easy. You have to fill out the following fields:

• Show for user tells the system whether the note should be shown to the customer.
• Title will appear as an e-mail subject (in case an e-mail notification is sent) and as a link to the full-text note (in case the it is shown to the customer).
• Details will appear as an e-mail body and as the note itself accordingly.

Tick off the 'Send email notification for user' check box if you want to e-mail the customer.

Click 'Add New' to save the note. Click 'Cancel' to leave without saving.

Note: Later on you will be able to edit the existing notes from the same page.
