One of the important modules of ViArt HelpDesk is its Forum - an independent portal, intended to provide an online communication between help desk users as well as to offer numerous useful information on help desk issues. If a person has a problem or an idea he/she will have an opportunity to share it with others.

With the forum you are able to have an insight into what your customers are interested in, what problems they are confronted with, and what solutions they find. This will give additional information about your site to any new visitors. In short, a forum will be beneficial to your clients and users.
