2.2. Installating ViArt HelpDesk

ViArt HelpDesk installation procedure is divided into two logical steps. In the first step you need to provide the database settings and create the database tables, secondly you need to decide which layout and formatting settings suit your needs.

In order to complete the part 1, you should decide where you want to locate your online store. Depending on this location, you need to decide which of following choices suits your needs:

Installing on Windows (see section 2.2.1)
Installing on Linux (see section 2.2.2)
Installing with Auto-Upload script (see details)

In order to complete part 2, you will need the use the Installation Wizard (see section 2.2.4)

Optionally, you can also take advantage of our Hosting service, in which case we will install ViArt for you. (see section 2.2.5).
